We specialise in providing a ‘one stop shop’ of supports to our clients by identifying our clients needs and targeting relevant supports to meet these needs.

We work with County Enterprise Boards and Local Development Companies providing tailored training and mentoring solutions to their clients.

We have worked with all types of start up businesses and a range of organisations and clubs operating in the not for profit sector.

Tom O’Leary, started his first business in 2002 providing consultancy services to start up businesses and to non-profit organisations developing community services.

He has provided start up supports to hundreds of businesses in various sectors and has developed innovative training programmes for unemployed people looking at self employment as an option.

He has secured in excess of €10m grant aid for non-profit organisations and in excess of €1m in grant aid for Start up Businesses.

Tom O’Leary holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree, is a qualified trainer and is a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. He has also lectured in Marketing Research and Organisational Management in the Institute of Technology Tralee. He was perviously employed with Partnership Tra Li, Northside Partnership, Dublin, BISYS Fund Services, Dublin and State Street Bank, Boston.
