Welcome to O'Leary & Associates Training & Consultancy Ltd. a company I started back in 2006. Prior to that, I had a small freelance consultancy business which followed a career in the Local Development/Enterprise Sector and before that a short career in the Financial Services Sector.

 

I have worked with Start up and Small Businesses and also Social Enterprises and Non-Profit Organisations since 1998.

 

My mission in business is to help get businesses started and help them grow and make money for their owners. I also want to see a society where people have access to supports, facilities and services in their communities. Therefore I am proud to work with community & voluntary organisations, social enterprises and sports clubs, that really make a difference in their communities.
